Green ways
Between the sea and the mountain, at the foot of the Gavarres and Cadiretes Massifs, Llagostera and its surroundings are perfect for hiking and trekking. Its many routes can be done on foot, bicycle or horseback.
Llagostera is a passageway of the Green Route, which connects Olot with Girona and the Costa Brava (Narrow-Gauge Railway Route). It’s a pleasant path with a gentle slope, reserved to hikers and cyclists.
The Tourist Office is located in the building that used to house the old train station on the Narrow-Gauge Railway Route.
The Narrow-Gauge Railway Route goes through areas of great interest for their landscape, ecology and culture.
